One of the reasons why we’re so happy to be a part of Alliance Data is the company’s focus on giving back to the communities in which it operates. A great example of this is currently being featured on the ADS blog. ADS has long been a supporter of children’s healthcare causes, including the Children’s Medical Center of Dallas. From the post:

“The partnership has flourished over the past decade with $2 million contributed for capital growth resources, injury prevention program development and opportunities that allow our associates to get involved in key community events.

This dedication inspired associates in the Epsilon office in Denver to support the outstanding work of Children’s Hospital Colorado. The partnership has been fueled by the ongoing passion of associate Heather Schichtel, whose daughter was cared for in the hospital.  In 2014, Heather learned that Children’s Hospital Colorado needed at least $12,000 in donations to sustain mitochondrial research at the Colorado clinic. To help, 65 riders and 19 volunteers including 11 Epsilon associates and their friends and family participated in the 2014 Courage Classic cycling event to raise the needed funds.

The group raised more than 10 times the amount required to continue funding research! Read about their outstanding dedication and success here.
