It’s no secret that during Q4 at Conversant, things can get a little hairy, with holiday client campaigns, Black Friday deals, Cyber Monday madness and everything in between. But, we do our best to take it all in stride and maximize every opportunity to embrace the holiday spirit with fun and festive activities. From our holiday cookie exchanges and ugly sweater contests to the holiday soirees in each of our locations. This year in Chicago, folks ate, drank and danced to the musical stylings provided by their employee-sourced band – the Low Cost Alternative. Meanwhile, our east and west coast colleagues from Westlake Village, Santa Barbara, San Francisco and Westborough celebrated with great food and drinks, dancing, photo booths with props and more!

At Conversant, we take pride in maintaining a corporate culture that acknowledges and rewards hard work and dedication, while at the same time offering many opportunities to collaborate, ideate, innovate and, ultimately have fun!

And we don’t just celebrate the holidays… Throughout the year, our various locations have Social Committees dedicated to planning engaging employee events and outings – like 5K runs, going to baseball or basketball games, charitable community support initiatives and much, much more.
